I did a three-day detox with Lenny because I had not been feeling well for a long time and had ended up in a major burnout. Already after the first day I felt peace return to my body, and the last day I literally felt reborn. The treatments were personally tailored for me, and Lenny is a very knowledgeable therapist who treated with a lot of attention and love, also received a few good tips in terms of nutrition and mindset, which helped me a lot. Absolutely recommended, and I'm going to repeat this at least twice a year.

I have been reading a lot about ayurveda and looked for an ayurvedic therapist for treatment. Happily I found Lenny on facebook and came for a consultation. Lenny could tell me which dosha was out of balance. That was important for me to know because I wanted to adjust my diet to bring my body back to balance. We decided to do the three day detox spread over 5 days.

Lenny advised me on nutrition, and the treatments were excellent!

From the beginning to the end It was heavenly! The massage was gentle, but with proper pressure, and it went at just the right pace.

I could feel that Lenny was fully present with me and enjoyed it herself as a giver.

The spices were suited to my body and the warm oil was divine!

I also loved the swedana treatment at the end of every session, you just feel that body toxins disappear with the sweat.

The additional aura clearing was also great, I felt many sensations in my body and Lenny could tell me what she has encountered and cleaned.

Days after the treatments I am still in this wonderful flow.

I feel clean both in my body and in my mind.
